Contract Negotiations

In accordance with Article 48 of the MOA and the Kansas Public Employer-Employee Relations Act (PEERA) the parties shall meet and confer on issues regarding pay plan on an annual basis. However, the Agreement is in effect for a period of three years from its effective date and can be opened for full negotiation at the end of the three-year period.

Only members of WSU Local 6405 are allowed to vote on contract ratification.
